Keeping an event or club page current

“We still need content” isn't a to-do list.

The speaker bio is missing. The room isn't confirmed. The poster is from last year. ClientReady keeps one view of what each page still needs and who it's waiting on, so you can stop re-reading the group chat to find out.

“The tool you're describing might make it easier for me to see what's missing. But if the other person doesn't reply, it feels like I'd still have to chase them.”

What you send instead

One message, to one person

“Hi Dana — for the event page I need two things from you: a two-sentence bio, and whether we should list the room as TBD or wait. Everything else is in.”

That is the whole point. Not more reminders — one message that names exactly what is missing and who can close it.

How it works

Set up the page once

List the sections an event page needs: title, date, speaker, room, description, poster. Reuse it for the next event.

Drop in what you have

Paste the chat message with the date, upload the poster file, link the form responses. Each item lands in its section with where it came from.

Read the status, then ask

Missing items say who they're waiting on. Open choices say who decides. Nothing is marked done because a file arrived or because nobody objected.

It won't make anyone reply faster

We heard this clearly and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Chasing stays yours. What changes is that the chase gets specific, and when the bio finally arrives, it already has a place to go.

We are designing it so contributors can answer from a link without creating another account. That is still being tested.
